Mint - concentrated, great for cucumber raita, add to taste to yogurt, or make spicy mint sauce for lamb roast

Tamarind Pulp - 100% pure sour thick tamarind pulp with no salt sugar or other ingredients and no additives, preservatives or colour; all natural and ready for use in cooking

Wheat & Gluten Free Chappati Flour - includes maize flour and cornflour.  Just add water, mix, knead, roll, and bake on a flat hot griddle or dry frying pan.  Makes tasty pastry for oven baking.  Just add cooking oil for a pastry that does not crumble on refrigeration once cooked, and not burn easily on cooking.  Great for making home made samosas and deep frying recipes.

Wheat & Gluten Free Chappati - 
Great for re-heating, frying to make as a puri (Indian fried bread), use as a wrap.  Stays soft and tasty.

Gluten Free Naan Bread - great with curries and use as an alternative to traditional bread for making sandwich
